The ATMACA Project Kick-Off Meeting, hosted by Eskişehir Technical University (ESTU) on September 23-24, 2024, was successfully held under the moderation of the project coordinator, Dr. Fulya Aybek ÇETEK.
As of September 1, 2024, the ATMACA project has embarked on an exciting journey to develop digital communication systems for the safer management of European aviation. This project will lead the way in designing IP-based digital Air Traffic Management (ATM) communication systems, powered by the valuable contributions of our project partners and supported by EU SESAR Joint Undertaking.
During the Kick-Off Meeting; a detailed plan of the work packages to be executed throughout the project was outlined and also technical discussions and important briefings regarding the project’s administration were shared with the partitipaciton of all project partners and SESAR program managers.
