An early-stage Human–Machine Interface (HMI) evaluation was conducted to assess the usability and operational suitability of the proposed controller interface. Air traffic controllers interacted with low-fidelity interface prototypes while providing qualitative feedback on usability, information presentation and operational workflow. The outcomes guided the refinement of the HMI before high-fidelity implementation.
